Added painted kelsa bars (can change the colour by editing bar_colour.dds in each folder)

This is a full Kelsa lightbar pack with 99% of what kelsa offer for the Iveco S-Way.

Only Available in chrome other options soon

I have included a copy of the boreman led mod with the file edited to work with the kelsa pack (I take 0 credit for the boreman pack just edited the files to allow it to work with the kelsa bars)

You must have my Iveco tuning pack in order for this mod to work fully
